Othman, Datuk Bandar MBMB kepada jabatan - jabatan yang terlibat iaitu Jabatan Penguatkuasaan, Jabatan Pengurusan Korporat dan Komuniti, Jabatan Kesihatan Persekitaran, Jabatan Landskap dan Pengindahan Bandaraya serta Unit F.RON.T Jabatan Infrastruktur Komuniti dan Logistik MBMB.
