The Integrated Sistem Pemantauan Aduan Agensi Awam (SISPAA) is part of the Government's ongoing efforts to improve the service and presentation quality from time to time which has been facilitated by the latest technology.

SISPAA is a continuation of the Integrated Sistem Pemantauan Aduan Agensi Awam (iSPAAA) which was developed by the Public Complaints Bureau (BPA) at the end of 2007 and began to be used by several Government Agencies since 2009.

After receiving a positive response from Government Agencies using the iSPAAA System and the demand for the iSPAAA System by Government Agencies has increased, BPA has collaborated with the Ministry of Finance (MOF) and MAMPU to improve the iSPAAA System and rebranded it as SPAB and extended its use to the  Technical Helpdesk other than Complaint Management.

SISPAA can expedite and facilitate the process of delivering feedback to Government Agencies because it can be accessed by users at any time if there is internet access.
